In this section we evaluate available inventory in four property sectors, single family attached, single family detatched, condominium and land.
Similar inventory characteristics exist in each of the four property sectors. The single family attached and detached sectors show the most stabilization in inventory with little significant increases over the last 12 months.
In contrast land and condominiums have not yet demonstrated a clear trend toward inventory stabilization. Land inventory has increased by over 70% in the last twelve months while condominium inventory has increased by 50% in the same period.
